How are the world's top leadership experts ranked?

An independent panel scores each nominee against published criteria covering the originality, influence and durability of their work. There is no public vote, and no placement is ever for sale.

How do I get on the index?

Anyone can be nominated, including yourself. The panel assesses every nomination against the same criteria. Entry is open; rank is earned by the work, never bought.

How is this different from other guru or thinker lists?

It is judged by an independent panel rather than decided by public voting, conflicted judges recuse, and every entry links to a way to book that person. Credibility over popularity.
